Hi everyone! So our family got to have an overnight vacation at Masinloc, Zambales along with our uncle’s and auntie’s family, the Ramos’ and the Edusada’s.
TRAVEL : I am not a big fan of long drives. Or maybe it’s just because we had a lot of stop over and we really don’t have enough room in the L300 to move around because we brought so much things. It’s a 3hour drive. It’s fairly okay.
PLACE : We went to this resort called “DFarm”, it’s a resort on a hill. They have a variety of rooms to choose from and they also have 2 private villas if you want a more private time with the family. We got 1 guesthouse and 1 closed kubo with A/C. It’s not that bad, but we we’re told that the guest house could accommodate 8-10 pax, but when we got there it’s only good for 4pax, and even if we got extra mattresses it’ll max up unto 6pax. The closed kubo is good for 4pax, which me and my cousins(total of 6 btw) stayed at. They have a menu that you could choose you breakfast from but you need to inform them at night so they can cook it for you early in the morning. If I’m not mistaken they have a total of 5 pools, two of which are for the private villas. They also have lots of kubo so people who opted for a day pass only can use. Overall, I’ll give it a 3/5 rating, surely they can improve more with their rooms, specially the amenities, but they really have a good place with lots of trees and flowers which is perfect if you’re like me who really wants to rest. Check out their website and maybe give them a try.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE : It’s not that bad at all. Since we don’t do this often we still got some things sort out. Maybe next time we should pick a nearer location or rent a larger vehicle instead. But overall it’s a good experience for us, we got to bond, talk about our family, laugh and just appreciate all the blessings that God has blessed us with.
Till the next trip!
